I think the fees are acceptable, but I would appreciate a better system if a tenant resigns, eg I dont think its fair they have to pay again to resign and dont feel landlord should either. There are quite a few agencies out there who do not charge for resigning and speaking to people who rent properties they say this is quite a substantial consideration when they are looking for a letting agent.

What agent could do to change your mind?
The agency should really look at training their staff to be polite and useful, rather than rude and never actually doing what they say they will help with.

I think the fee of 10% on both my flats is far too high I have been with your agency for seven years and feel I should now have the fees reduced to at least 8% as I have been a loyal customer and there are a lot more competitive deals on the market.
