AVOID! Shocking experience! I would not recommend anyone use this company, I applied for a property nearly 2 weeks ago and was made to go through tenancy 360 by the estate agents, I\'ve had no reply to emails, they haven\'t contacted me or my guarantor I have personally had to ring them about 15 times and my guarantor has had to contact them over 20 times for updates, They wouldn\'t update me on the progress of my guarantors or my checks, I am now homeless but tenancy don\'t seem to care and they\'re still dragging their feet. 0 stars should be a option. AVOID!
