Since migrating from Vebralive, we were promised immediate support at the start to help with teething problems, which was simply non-existent. Since then, the customer service has continued to be zero, with support requests going continually unanswered and no ability to call and speak to someone. You are then left to try and self learn the entire system and simply muddle through. Had I known how poor the service would be, I would have simply chosen a different software.
