Steer clear of this organization for "property management" if you are a landlord and best of luck if you find yourself a tenant of a property they manage. 5 months in to my tenancy we are on the verge of finishing a project that was agreed to be done prior to move in. Ultimately the organization manages nothing and expects you to spend your time organizing with contractors and scheduling your own time while simultaneously having no clue about where any project stands.
