If you are still unhappy with the outcome you are entitled to lodge a complaint with The Property Ombudsman Scheme. All of the repairs carried out under our management service are done at cost price, with no further markup at all. We aim to deliver excellent value for money.
Services during the initial let are a little bit more expensive as you rightly point out, but this is only because we are able to call on contractors short notice, which has proven useful for your latest move-in.
