From the start of the sale of my property I received good service, good communication between us - Ann and Adam helped me along the way, liaising between me and the Solicitor, letting me know how things were progressing.

I have received extremely bad service from the lettings department. They are unorganised and rude, especially when dealing with them over the telephone. I will most definitely avoid using this estate agent in the future....
