We recently sold our property with 121 move and found that it was a very easy and efficient way to sell our property. The online service was very quick and easy to use. The agent was always at the end of the phone when matters couldnt be dealt with online.
I would use 121 move again should we sell our property again !

Booked viewing prior 12.00hrs Wednesday 26th September with Matt Parsons. Through my constant viewing on Rightmove.com 121move.co.uk changed their status of 51 Marlborough Road, Southend on sea SS1 2UB that it had been sold stc. NO CONTACT what so ever from 121move.co.uk to cancel prevoiusly bookedviewing plus called & spoke to Jack Morris to confirm if property is in deed removed from market and they have forgot to confirm cancelled viewing. Am not from local area which 121mve.co.uk so they were aware of inconvenience to the cancelled booking but still less than 12hrs from booked viewing still no contact back from 121. AVOID THIS ESTATE AGENT IN MY OPINION AS THEY WASTE PEOPLE'S TIMES WITH LACK OF ADEQUATE COMMUNICATION.
