For any complaints that arise the following steps should be taken:
- Submit your written complaint to The Director, Let’s Go Property, 30 Swinburne Avenue, Eastbourne, East Sussex BN22 0PL.
Your complaint will then be investigated within 8 weeks. In the unlikely event that 8 weeks have passed, and your complaint has not been resolved to your satisfaction you may refer your dispute to The Property Redress Scheme.
