I rented for 3 years with Sheldon Bosley Knight in Leamington Spa with a very positive experience overall. They were always prompt with repairs and maintenance issues; any problems were generally resolved extremely quickly. Every interaction with staff, particularly Louisa and Tamara, was always friendly and curteous.

Elliot Oliver lettings was very poor, from rude communication, to very unkind and inconsiderate service: I recall my first bad experience with this letting was just the day after I moved in. I've held of writing this review, praying, wishing, actually BEGGING them for a response but unfortunately after crying today and the lady on the phone 'huffing' at me that I had called again, I have no choice. My solicitor and I are STILL waiting for a response since the 24th April and this has been the most horrific experience of my entire life! I'm a homeowner of over 10 years, I'm not even buying a new property, I'm just extending my lease which my mortgage are providing the funds for me.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! By far the WORST estate agents I have ever dealt with. No issues get addressed, they refuse to speak to landlord for you and won't provide contact details. Angie Powell was fantastic. My solicitors and own estate agents were useless but she kept me in the loop even when she didn't have to. She went above her role in efforts to help us (even though we weren't even her direct clients!). She was so happy for us when we finally exchanged on our sale.
