The flat was inhabitable. For the last 6 months of our tenancy, we had horrific mould, damp and humidity. This was initially caused by a leak in the flat above, so was not our fault, and was never treated or repaired by X1. We had mould in every single room of our flat, there were little black bugs crawling on the ceiling, woodlice on the floor and the humidity was above 80%.
