Hi Iftikhar, unfortunately the reason you lost the deposit is because you failed the reference check carried out by a third party reference company which we forwarded on to you. It states the reason and is irrefutable and I would rather not attach it so people can clearly see the reason why we failed your application but if needed we will.  I have reviewed the Letting form you completed and signed which clearly explains the process of submitting a deposit on a property.  It clearly states poin ...
