Well, as I said in my review, they were rude to me, did not answer emails, did not answer texts about viewings, often did not reply to phone messages, were not at all professional. I had to spend perhaps 2 hours on the phone with them arguing, repeating themselves. When I complained they did not respond. Even now they are not going to respond to my complaint even though on their website they say that they have a complaints procedure. Yes, it is true that I got shirty with them in the end. They s ...
