Thanks for the heads up. I had already started a file when I saw this comment, so I was resolved to turn down whatever offer they came at me with. I was curious to see not if but how he would try to scam me. Ross has stepped up his game. His proposal looked just legal enough to be tempting except for the fact that it was TOTALLY ILLEGAL according to the Tenancy Act of 2019. This act puts a:
