In regards to the deposit we do certainly endeavour to release deposits within 10 working days of the check out inspection being completed. I believe that we released yours in full with 12 working days. It is always a challenge to ensure that tenants do not remove items into their rooms and we are always trying out best to refill communal supplies as quickly as we can.
