Rude and unprofessional.
Did not communicated with us for weeks following the payment of our holding deposit only to pull the let from us less then a week before we were due to move in without any reason.

Possibly the rudest money grabbing people I have ever come in contact with. We didn't have a shower or washing machine for over a month (different dates same flat). Not only did they not give us any compensation for this they even had the cheek ...
