Just moved out of the room, only because I wanted 1 bedroom flat to live with my girlfriend , very pleased with agent/landlord, room was exactly as advertised, would definitely rent from them again. Other tenants were very nice too...

Slow to respond to repairs, over 5 days in many cases though as a registered NLA member there site says 3 days. Not dealing adequately with abusive tenants, leading to police called many times for house share. Not dealing with mold in wetroom and smallest bedroom. Removing ...
