Appalling service particularly from the owner Andrew Eldridge who repeatedly states they are the No. 1 agent, yet if you want anything you have to ask. Mistakes on the memorandum of sale, had to ask twice for a copy. Submitted meter readings without going to the property and also asked my decorators to take them!. They allegedly cleared out previous tenants property before our sale completed but we found it all dumped in the garage and we had to get rid of it. When I subsequently didnt use t ...
