When dealing with Yellands found that they respond very quickly. The annual safety checks done without hesitation and at convient times. Found staff helpful & willing go out of way make sure any & all maintainance done to high standard. They hold a very high standard for tenants & landlords a like....

As for paying deposit back at end of tenacey did charge small fee. But when I questioned there reasons for the charge they where reasonable and decided that fee should be withdrawn and immediately returned my whole deposit intake.

I have been with Yellands for 1.5 years and it's so nice dealing with a family run company. I was shown the flat by James who was very informative and explained the letting procedure to me. I have used Yellands as my letting agent since 1993 when the branch was run by Brian and Julie Parmenter. They have now retired and I have found the current team, especially Jackie, to be as helpful and understanding as they were. From our initial rental interest Yellands were respectful and mindful and went out of their way to make things happen. The team were able to respond in a timely manner to my requests and were always doing their best to accommodate my busy day. Fees were reasonable. I\'d cleaned the property at the end of my tenancy and the full fee was repaid. I\'d heard of friends having difficulty in reclaiming deposits with other agents, so it was great to have the fact that I\'d taken care of the property recognised

I am Always happy to deal with jackie at Yellands. She is helpful and friendly I can call her if there's any problems and I know she will sort it for me. An example of This is when my boiler breaks down she always has the engineer come ASAP and sort it. Jackie is helpful and genuine and would recommend herself and the Yellands team to any potential tenants....

I'm pleased to say that Yellands have been brilliant since we moved in to our flat at the beginning of the year. James showed us the property initially and all the paperwork was dealt with quickly and without the any fuss. Everything we asked to be moved/replaced in the property was done as promised before we moved in and the property was CLEAN which is so often not the case. Experienced this company as a prospective tenant, so can\'t vouch for their full service. However in my brief experience I found them to be very poor all round, by far the worst of the 12+ letting agents I dealt with in NE London during my search. Welcomed us into their office. Explained clearly what the process would be. Talked to us about our concerns and questions. Kept in touch with us about our application even if it was bad news. Basic customer service.

I am very surprised by these comments - I have been with Yellands for many years and my experience has only been a positive and excellent one. They are always friendly and helpful - always go out of their way. Work beyond the normal hours of letting agents. They always go out of their way and are professional t all times. I would recommend them to anyone - and indeed I have - I have 3 other friends that are currently with them and all are happy....

In the begining they approach me very professional but later I realised yellands was using me only to increase their own profits. Never bothered to solve the issues with tenants. Never use them again....

Since I moved to England is the worst agency I have ever deal with. They DO NOT look after their tenands, they are NOT honest at all, they are DECEITFUL and RUDE! And the most important they are NOT capable to calculate the rent-payments. ...

Clearly judging from this review - you owed rent. We would only ever have to calculate rental payments when a schedule is required for the court or someone is in arrears and we sit down with them to confirm payments received.....
