Astonishing. Moved here 4 months ago, after we've seen brand new apartment and decided to take identical one on different floor. Even though they had a week to tidy it up, on the date of our moving in, the place looked abysmal. 4 months passed and we managed to forgot about that, only to discover another magnificent trait of x1. Poor management, any problems are treated like an inconvenience to their time with little or no apology. Issues can take months to be fixed and the actual apartments themselves are not clean when you move in....

Rubbish service would not recomend to anyone. If anything ever needs fixing expect to wait a long time for issues to be resolved. Constantly changing building managers as staff never seem to last very long so can expect an excuse of somebody left, nobody looking at those emails etc etc....

My son is waiting for his deposit to be returned after 6 weeks. They are making lots of excuses. So far 6 phone calls and an email and still...they haven't returned it. Has anyone had a similar experience? They use excuses like...a manager left, can't access their email, oh a joint tenancy, we can't pay it back to you, even though you paid it direct. Seems like they don't automatically pay your deposit back. And if you chase it, lots of excuses. Disgrace, hanging on to a young persons money when ...

I have been in the x1 building since summer and have had no negative experiences. David has been very helpful and answers emails with any queries that I send in a very timely manner. He was nice enough to get me a new key card free of charge when I got mugged. Only criticism I have is the noise that comes from camp and furnace across the street, I do feel that tenants should be warned about that before hand as I can still hear it even when I close my windows....

Residents parcels are left unattended at night in the reception area for residents to pick up, in full view of a busy street outside. Have personally lost a parcel and know of several others that have had the same problem. X1 claim to have changed this policy but parcels are still being left to whoever wants them.
