Absolutely awful customer service. I tried to rearrange some viewings due to an unexpected circumstance and felt like I was being told off for wasting their time. Getting appointments booked in is this person's job and I was then not allowed to rebook....

Unfriendly abrupt staff member
Went to view property and felt quite rushed out
And the agent sped away in her car without a good bye.
No communication by email either
