I am sorry you were disappointed not to been able to take a lease of our clients property. Although our surveyor originally offered a 3 month rent deposit, when you provided your business plan, we formed the view that your business proposal was underfunded, and we would only recommend a lease to our clients on the basis of a 6 months rent deposit. I wish you success, and hope our future dealings are more to your satisfaction. ...
