Absolutely atrocious company to deal with. Workman have no organisation or administrative skills, that I have seen over the past few years. Terrible at paying invoices. Took over 2 years to get an invoice paid. Still chasing some. Promised they will be paid and then nothing. Emails and letters ignored. Told systems are down and they can't make payments. Excuse after excuse and passing the blame to other ... Read Full Review

Barry Flint.of Workman LLP has failed numerous occasions to close out several issues. We have had a leak in our office roof for nine weeks. Security is dreadful. The garage door had been broken over a month before my bike was stolen. It was reported several times by the receptionist and no action was taken. When renting office space one would think a company's affairs would be private and confidential and have nothing to do with the letting agents, not in the case of Workman. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
