I was with the Wolf's for 3 and a half years and predominantly dealt with Lorraine and Lin. Firstly when we moved in the house was very dirty. Walls - my wife spent hours cleaning them. Lin never replies to emails. We ring and get told she'll ring us back - never happens. Not renewing current contract because of her poor customer service. James showed us round the house originally and is sympathetic on the phone but still can't get Lin to ring us back....

I have rented a property with Wolfs for 3 years and kept the property in excellent condition. They are now refusing to give me my deposit back and sending pictures of every little detail. I have been at the property for 3 years and they do not allow for wear and tear. The agent is rude, using bullying tactics in order to also get viewings. Terrible....

I wouldn't usually write a review but when an agent is good in a market that is populated by many that are bad and some that are best described as cowboys, it feels like an injustice not to. Wolfs were a great estate agent! Fees were very reasonable – especially for renewing contracts. Those contracts too had fair clauses. As in the main review, the fees were good. I thought the initial fees were reasonable and less than many others we looked at and that the renewal fees were extremely good value. The terms of the contract offered were also very good and the agent was very willing to ask the Landlord about flexible terms.

We were renting through Wolf's for 2.5 years and they have been fantastic agents. We had a few little issues with tiles in the bathroom coming down and a stone from the road breaking our front window which were all resolved very quickly, sometimes the same day that we phoned! We looked after to property and received our full deposit back swiftly and with no issues. We would definitely recommend them as agents....

House had sewage leaking into back garden when moving in. Initial inventory was minimal which came back to bite us. Tried to claim several hundred pounds out of out deposit for damage that was already present. Very rude and forceful when discussing deposit. Wolfs where great to start with but once we handed our notice in we felt that we where then not listened to. We told them that the heating was playing up and they just shrugged it off. We was only telling them so they could have a look at it for the next tennent....

We rented the property from Wolfs and the same was fully managed by them. The team that handled all the management and documentation was outstanding. They were always ready to help and had a smile on their faces whenever we needed anything. We have used many Estate agents in the past but never come across a friendlier team. Just don't bother phoning the office. If I had missed any rent maybe I could understand why they were so staggeringly rude, alas they don't have that excuse. Having used Wolfs to manage my portfolio whilst in the UK I had no reservations when I moved to Australia. They have always acted in my best interests. The staff are all very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Radovan Vuckovich helped me to find two flats. Ian Park completely designed and furnished one of them with great success. Both flats have been let without problems for many year. Long term tenant. Tried to avoid phoning their office for anything due to condescending and patronising staff. James is quite frankly rude and should not be allowed to have any dealings with the public. If wolfs had a logo it would read "awkward for awkward's sake", absolute cowboys, avoid at all costs!! BY NOT BEING DECEITFUL WOULD BE A START, THIS CAN BE ACHIEVED IF YOU CLOSE! ALSO GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE IS MUCH EASIER WHEN YOU ARE NOT RUDE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS, AND TRY OFFERING A SERVICE THAT ALLEGEDLY YOU SPECIALISE IN, IE ATTENDING TO PROPERTY MATTERS WITHIN A REASONABLE TIMEFRAME, IE LESS THAN 6 MONTHS

The staff are always helpful and professional. They sometimes pre-empt problems thus avoiding unnecessary expense by landlords. As a result of their commitment I am sure that my tenants have also been pleased with their service and the maintenance of the property. I would not think of using a different agent. Avoid this letting agent at all cost! Terrible service, Rude staffs and irresponsible manger. Had mould developed in main bed room before December and reported to them. We just got contractor to paint it this week. Two months of do nothing but blaming and ignoring us. They avoided to tell us the reason even the contractor has confirmed the leakage up the loft. This comment is rather astonishing as all repairs issues have been dealt with as swiftly as possible following the leak which was in fact an external problem with the block itself requiring an insurance claim. "Martin" who for some reason choses to use a false name lives at Bridge Street,Birmingham. What is more of a surprise is that if Ò€œMartinÒ€ was so unhappy with this flat, why then has he just extended his tenancy for a further term?Ò€....

I had been warned about this agent by colleagues that had tried to rent through them and am dissapointed that they were correct when they said not to use them.
