You were lucky you had contact with mike wilson, I tried for 12 months with no luck.
The company is a joke and please do not use this estate agent.
I used them for 12 months with a rental property and the rest is history,details as set out below:-
Failure to pay me my rental payments every month without exception.
Some months two weeks overdue the best was four days.
Failure to report tenants enquires to me.
