Wilman&Wilman are actively advertising a property 'for sale', but do not allow viewings. The elderly tenant as vacated the property(probably nursing home). For several weeks we've been denied access to any viewings. We believe that the Wilman family are withhold the sale, whilst ...

What agent could do to change your mind?
Let people view the property and offer the vendor the chance to recieve the maximum sale value. If the property has truly 'sold', alter the Web page and the 'For Sale' sign with 'Under Offer' notices. Then the vendors family are not under the impression that Wilman & Wilman are still endeavouring to actively market the property.
