Less than 24 hours before having to do the check in, I got a call from the agency telling us that all of a sudden, we had to stay in a different place. Luckily the location was also quite good but once we got the place, what we found was the most dirty and disgusting apartment I have ever seen. We rented the flat for 2 weeks while tourists in London. Many kitchen items were missing. The floors and bathtub were very dirty. The internet did not work 80% of the time we were there. We sent an email with our complaints on a Monday morning because no one was answering the phone or email on the weekend. We did not get a reply until three days later.... read full review

What agent could do to change your mind?
The office staff is negligent. I need assistance and no one is taking responsibility. It is hard to communicate, they don\'t speak fluent English. The rental property needs work
The only plus is the location.
