I totally agree with this comment! Wow how the service has changed! I used this agent in 2009 and the staff in Bitterne were lovely and ever so helpful. I went in again January 2011 hoping to use this agent again but was faced with a patronising manager who thought talking down to me was going to get her my property! ...
