They have had many chances to rectify their actions but I don't think its in their culture to make things right. They are just concerned about their sale, but after the sale, you are on your own.

Alex, Your review show you are ill informed! I would suggest that you didnt have any dealings with whiteknights at all. While i appreciate some dont have good experiences the offices i had dealings with were helpful and knowledgeable and certainly not pushy- just what was needed when i was selling my mothers house with them at a time i wanted a friendly, honest, non corporate approach. A very good estate agent, low fees, good all round service- i can't fault them. Alex are you a strugglin ...
