We are sorry that the sale fell through on this occasion . We always make effort to bring every sale to a satisfactory conclusion.We were ready to exchange contracts after months of negotiations when you contacted us to ask for a £10,000 reduction in the price.
The owner didn't want to do this and as a result withdrew from the sale.We did re-market the house and it sold within 48 hours for £10,000 more than you were willing to pay for the house so I guess the vendor made the right decision ...
