White Heather estate agents and Chris in particular were fantastic when we decided to sell our house. Nothing was too much trouble and we found them to be friendly and courteous throughout the whole sale. They kept us informed of viewings and gave us feedback which inevitably got us a sale!!

Excellent rates, well worth the money for the service I received.
Rude, obnoxious, unprofessional, unhelpful, intimidating etc................ you get the idea! They demanded £1000 (non refundable) to take a property off the market we made an offer on! They would not contact the vendor to inform them of the vast number of issues that the survey kicked up and refused point blank to negotiate, telling us the house is "sold as seen, suck it up or pull out"! Firstly when we decided to rent the house and when we moved in, after one week they told us they are going to change the agreement (landlord request) and if we don\'t accept it we have to move out - where?? Finally we stayed at this property cos landlord agreed with our requests and moving us out would be under the law.

Extremely poor communication, no feedback given from viewings, not proactive in trying to work in the interests of the vendor. Unable to follow instructions. Seem to work more in favour of the buyer!!! They also make decisions without prior authorisation from you the client. The lady neglects to mention that she obtained full asking price within a very short timescale in a slow market, ( instructed 24 th April/ offer 5th May/ completion 3rd august) isn't that what we are supposed to achieve?? and that she was not forced to accept any offer made on the property, indeed we act solely on client instructions, this person related the exact same scenario as she outlines above about her previous selling agen ...
