Abrupt and pushy staff, forced into 'seeing' their inhouse mortgage advisor before we were allowed to offer on a house, despite already having a mortgage promise from the lender of our choice. Credit check then ran without us giving our formal approval or being there !!

DO NOT USE THIS FIRM......we recently sold our house with them,from the beginning we felt let down and lied to.we asked them to give us the full cost in writing £1900 only to be told by the solicitors months later it would be £2500....
