Do not use this agent. After an horrific screening process when they had a credit check done, they got the credit check for the wrong person. The inventory company which they used refused to speak to us when we wanted to add in additional complaints ...

What agent could do to change your mind?
They could have done their job properly in the beginning and got the credit report for the correct person. They could actually be useful when you try to speak to them rather than passing straight onto the landlady. They could even not lock the tenants out of the flat.Attached Filesnbsp;
