I can't stress enough about avoiding this company, I applied for a house and they took the money within minutes however said we could move in within a week, 5 weeks down line we still hadn't moved in due to them messing us about, no one turned up for viewings of the house left me sat there hours waiting. They then started to fail to answer the phone or emails I had sent, then they started to be reluctant of giving me my money back so had to take this further with citizens advice! Wasted tons of...

In 2011 our son was diagnosed with a condition which resulted in us needing to move home. From the word go Warnfield and their staff have been more than just a letting agents. Anything we've needed they've helped us with, problems we've had they've been more than just supportive. Without Warnfield and their INCREDIBLE staff I really don't know where we would be today. Absolutely incredible staff and fantastic support....

Our experience has been a positive one, we have just received the keys and so far the process has been fairly smooth. Lauren has kept us in touch with what is going on at every stage which was really helpful as we were trying to arrange things from overseas. So far so good....

Great staff really helpful and are always effective in getting jobs done. When I first became a tenant they made the process really quick and easy and since have always been there to help and solve any problems I have quickly. Terrible from day one! Three hours late to show me round. Promise after promise for repair work to be done. Never been done! Constant calling= no answer or saying they will call back and never do. Reported them to ombudsman... Hopefully they will do something about this sham of a company. Also been to a solicitor for loss of earnings from running around after them... Ridiculous!...

I rent a property with this company. The good reviews I read on this page, I can only assume come from the company itself! Shocking!! Warnfield Hewitt had originally been an agent for a 1 bed apartment I own in Central Gardens, Benson St, Liverpool. Due to their rarely responding satisfactorily to emails or phone messages (and failing to pay one particular month\'s rent for almost a year!!) Me and my husband had the misfortune to rent a property from this supposed letting agent for 18 months. We should have realised when lauren poole didnt turn up to veiwings that we had arranged before we had even moved in that they were going to be a problem to deal with. This company is the worst agent i have ever delt with, as a registered indpendant self employed gas engineer, in good faith and on trust on the request of Lauren pool , i made two visits to a property and issued a gas safety certificate. Worst letting agent I have ever dealt with. As soon as i had paid my deposit and rent in advance i found Lauren Poole was rude, unhelpful and very unprofessional. Haha i agree with the tenants comment! They have done no work in my home and it has asbestos no fencing, the previous tenants rubbish in the garden, broken taps, broken boiler and so much more. Laurwn is rude, never returns calls, says (when your elecric box sets on fire everytime you shower) "ill ring you back this afternoon" even though its alrwady 4.30pm. And as for deep cleaning? That doesnt exist in this company as i had to clean flies out of my kitchen and remove used sanitry tow....
