I received a token reduction when buyer number two pulled out however the fees that were finally exchanged were in my view disgustingly high for the amount of actual work that was done to get me to a completed sale. Most of the info I sought myself and informed the branch and solicitors

Very poor service ... house in terrible condition by tenant , no inspection was made ever. Any broken or fixing items actual bills by trades man were not shown ever just a random figure was deducted from rent money . House not inspected in timely manner .,,tenant has made my house terrible & did not pay rents . Ward &!partners fees are expensive every month but I would not recommend anyone to go with ward & partners!! ...

Notice agents only respond to positive comments!!! Totally unacceptable service from Ward and Partners, lies and deceit from the outset. My son sold a property and the disgusting way I heard them speak to my daughter in law on numerous occasions means I am selling my property thorough a different agent and will not buy through them either... reducing her to tears and making her feel irrational and totally rude and without any empathy. To be honest I lost all my trust in estates agent's. I rent this property for 4 years from this agency. When we rent the house the agent (I don't remember the name of the agent) told us we can do any changes we want except holes in the walls. We was very happy because the house was big and we like it except the the painting and the carpets which was very old. Most of the walls was green,so we painted and change the carpets and later to find out the landlord wasant happy. So don't trust them until you have evrifing in righting. Anyway after 4 years they sold the house and we find oane house with the same agency. We paid the reference fees and after they told us they can't give it to us because my hosbund has CCJ.We didn't know about this so I understand their company don't accept CCJ.We find another house with difrent agency so we had to pay again reference fees. First they told me I will have some money back from the previous payment because my reference was good. Is neaw 5 months from then and even I phoned them every week for 5 months I still don't have my money back.

Exactly the same experience over the past three years with Ward & Partners for us. As sole agents selling our house in Hythe, Kent in 2015' they misled, confused and delayed potential viewers due to very poor communication and rude attitude.
