I couldn't recommend Inghams highly enough. There are a lot of poor agencies out there and Inghams really does stand out as a friendly, professional and successful agency.

Renting a property with Inghams was an absolute pleasure. The office staff are friendly and helpful, and I felt that they genuinely wanted to make sure I was happy in the property. Second time with Inghams as a tenant and find Dorena and the staff very easy to deal with. As a tenant, it can be quite daunting when in the rental market, but the team explain everything thoroughly, and are very accommodating. Inspections happen regularly to ensure things do not get missed and there is never any problems (and if there is, they give brilliant advice on how to sort stuff out). Quick to resolve any problems that may occur with the building, and have been very fair with returning the deposit on the last property I was in. If you are looking in the area then please consider Inghams, they are a pleasure to deal with!

They always endeavour to get the best tenent possible with all the relivent checks
One of the many good points is that if there is a repair to be addressed at any time they are realistic with quotes from contractors both Malcolm and Dorena will not accept over inflated quotes and will seek the best price for the landlord

I found the fees to be extremely reasonable and the process of employment checks, references etc to be swift and convenient.

I recently purchased a house which is now being let out by Inghams. There was a substantial amount of pre-let work to be done in the house which was efficiently organised by the Inghams team. Walter Ingham & Co LLP IN-HOUSE COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE We are committed to providing a professional service to all our clients and customers. When something goes wrong, we need you to tell us about it. This will help us to improve our standards. If you have a complaint, please put it in writing, including as much detail as possible. We will then respond in line with the timeframes set out below (if you feel we have not sought to address your complaints within eight weeks, you may be able to refer your complaint to the Property Ombudsman to consider without our final viewpoint on the matter). What will happen next? • We will send you a letter acknowledging receipt of you complaint within three working days of receiving it, enclosing a copy of this procedure. • We will then investigate your complaint. This will normally be dealt with by the office manager who will review your file and speak to the member of staff who dealt with you. A formal written outcome of our investigation will be sent to you within 15 working days of sending the acknowledgement letter. • If, at this stage, you are still not satisfied, you should contact us again and we will arrange for a separate review to take place by a senior member of staff. • We will write to you within 15 working days of receiving your request for a review, confirming our final viewpoint on the matter. The Property Ombudsman requires that all complaints are addressed through this in-house complaints procedure, before being submitted for an independent review.
