A joke from the start. We should have realized when signing the contracts. We had to travel to Bingley to sign the tenancy contracts (despite this being 8 miles away from the property) we signed the contracts and headed of home awaiting our move in date. BAD, if you want to extend your tenancy by 6 months, there is a £60 admin charge, upon check out there will be a £30.00 check out fee. And monthly rent will not be refunded for any issues.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
