They are in line with other agency within the area. I went with another agency before using Village Properties and they were useless. You pay what you get and house sale are stressful enough without adding to it.

I had an awful experience with village properties and wouldn\'t recommend them to anyone. I tried to view 2 proprties through them and they were completely reluctant to arrange the viewing. On both occassions they told me that they are not able to get hold of the vendor. Since I was quite keen for the 2nd property, I kept chasing them until they arranged the viewing. Ultimately, when I viewed the property and made an offer, they told me I was offering way less than asking price, and when I simply mentioned that based on the internet research of the sale of other properties in the same area in last 6 months, I have made that offer, he replied very rudely. He is extremely arrogant and has no respect for his propective customers. Since I am looking to buy, there are many agents I have been speaking to, but I have never had any one treating me like this before. I just wish there calls were recorded for training and quality purposes. :P
