We do not wish to get into a mud fight with this tenant but we have photographic evidence of the condition of the property which we are chosing not to advertise with any users of AllAgents. We have contractors who attended the property when tenant and child inappropriately dressed even though appointments had been arranged. Also Viewme NEVER attended the property without prior knowledge of the tenant. Tenant advised that Sofa was 'broken' and no mention EVER of any issue with the television. L ...

Web company incorrectly used NALS logo instead of NRLA, which was subsequently corrected by Web Provider. All works undertaken by our contractors were issued following issues raised by the Tenants of the property. Property was not maintained in accordance with relevant legislation by the landlord so Viewme undertook all repairs on behalf of the Landlords and with their full approval of costs. Utter rubbish! The landlords reside in Turkey and had previously taken their daughter to court and lost the case for renting the very same property to them....and claiming damages in excess to £10k need we say more! Complete and utter fabrication of the truth regarding this property and we would be more than happy to demonstrate this in a Court of Law if necessary. ...
