This company have just got the whole thing spot on... this will sound like a sales pitch but I can assure you it is not. I am a genuine customer with a genuine want to help these guys and recommend them to the market. Having suffered several appalling software systems and their associated companies who quite frankly have not a clue of our business needs, it was entirely refreshing to come across a company who not only build a fantastic system - but know just want us agents need to get the very best out of our data. We`ve been live on RPS for just a few weeks now and already it is paying off dividends - management reporting, expenditure analysis, trends, market share etc etc are all becoming a hell of a lot clearer with the reporting side. Our admin has been reduced hugely and already my team are loving the new system. If only I had invested into RPS years ago...... The team at Reapit are equally as fantastic - very on the ball, efficient, friendly, personable and aside all else - know how agents need to work and what’s important for us. from project management right thru to training - it all worked fantastically. Give these guys a go - it’s not cheap but you pay for what you get in life and I can assure you you won’t regret it!
