The reporting is superb and has meant that we can quickly track and compare staff and property performance. We’re also extremely impressed with the marketing emails we can send to our applicants and the ease of being able to do functions that previously we either outsourced or just did on an ad-hoc basis. Other reasons behind our decision to move to Reapit included the systems great standard features and the ability to have one database across our entire business so that our offices and our sales and lettings departments can work more closely together.
