Reapit

Initially we were becoming more and more disappointed with our current suppliers so we were looking around at our competitors and seeing who was using what and how each system varied.

As a company, we are experiencing a huge level of growth so needed a system that was small enough to cover our level of detail but large enough that we were confident we had the capacity to grow and continue to have the relevant support.

It was actually our web developer that recommended Reapit as they had worked with them previously, which I believe to be the highest praise.

Most importantly, everyone we met from Reapit absolutely inspired us with confidence that they knew their business and were extremely capable, and that the system would work for us.

We like that RPS thinks like an agent. We have found the system and our account managers are very good at suggesting how we can improve the ways in which we use our data.
The reporting function is also very important to us as it gives great insight into our business at the touch of a button. You can then drill down to individual negotiators or offices/properties so the whole thing becomes totally transparent.

We have also found the training facilities excellent and as the point person for this it’s very reassuring that the trainers take getting everyone’s understanding so seriously.
They really appreciate that even if you have the best system in the world, it’s no good unless the end user knows how it works.
