After much careful research and recognising their deep empathy with our industry, we introduced RPS to our multi-office, multi-disciplined practice about 4 years ago and immediately enjoyed the benefits of a great product and efficiencies of data networking. We were also attracted to their pricing model which suited any requirements to implement efficiencies or expansion. More recently we have transferred all of our Lettings and Client accounting onto Reapit which allows each of our combined Sales/Lettings offices to access all data in one position and without any need for data duplication. The software is seen by us as the ultimate in Estate Agency Management for Buyers, Sellers, Landlords and Tenants. We have also employed Reapit to design and manage our website which has superb search functionality and has received much customer praise. Reapit have secured some really excellent third-party service providers ? the integrated access to which is invaluable and hugely time-saving. Reapit makes big promises but which we can vouch are indeed fulfilled. They deliver great products, service, training and support. They are highly recommended by us at Andrew Grant.
