So many bad reviews :\/ I lived in two houses with them and both times they were alright not the best but for what I was paying in OXFORD!! I wasn\'t complaining, I worked out even if they took my deposit I STILL saved money over the year renting with um but did get my depo back so win-win really. but reading other reviews seem like not everyone has had the same experience so best to be careful. iv also has nightmares experience with other agencies in oxford some are really really bad... I think there, all the same, it\'s just a business to them..
