When we first agreed to embrace Letmc as our lettings software provider we identified a number of issues that were way behind our then current provider CARL. We were informed that many changes were in the pipeline, particularly the ability to amend letters within the system and also the landlord statement which is very poor by our previous standard. After 15 months we have not seen any changes that address the above issues and no changes that improve our use of the system.. We have now been informed that there is no information on when these changes will take place. We strongly advise you speak to Training For Professionals prior to making changes.
