From our perspective, there was a failure on the part of Zone Lettings to liase effectively between ourselves and the landlord. Specifically, we requested to be able to negotiate with the landlord regarding the maintenance work and despite what you have written above, we were not informed that the landlord was unhappy with the request for the property to be repainted.
