The agent fee are ridiculous, credit check £360, deposit and advanced payment , it is normal, but when it come to add additional tenant name or modify will cost £70 each, not showing when agent do the routine check £30, extend contract £120 (for every 6 month contract) , moving £120. No proper ...

What agent could do to change your mind?
Customer service needs looking into ASAP, completely unacceptable to laugh down the phone at customers. Website needs updating to show an address for head office or a customer relations team if you want to complain. No wonder you were on watchdog a few weeks ago!!!
