Terrible experience within 1st three weeks of moving into a Your Move property. * No Heating * Rodent infestation * Faulty Fob Keys * Inaccurate Inventory Report Not only were all these issue highly frustrating but things were made 10x worse by their inability to resolve the simplest of issues. This complaint isn\'t specifically directed at their New Cross office but includes them (for accepting unsuitable tenants). I recently let my property and when I realized the tenants were sub-letting, I was confronted with the most diabolical display of trying to shift the blame on anyone else (within Your Move and their contractors) except take responsibility for the fact that the "routine visit" failed to notice the sub letting. What agent could do to change your mind?
they could have accepted the sub-letting, taken a different approach and admitted the routine visit didn\'t pick up on it. As a landlord, I am not out to pick holes but I do want my property protected and I don\'t accept any of their defenses. The responses I received were childish and rude. we all make mistakes, the best thing to do is own up to them. I don\'t want agent feedback, I have tried complaining, I\'ve had enough of them! I don\'t know where you select NO THANKS!!
