I am always looking for properties and often request viewings giving as much notice as possible. However, days turn into weeks and still I get NO response. I am always looking for properties and often request viewings giving as much notice as possible. However, days turn into weeks and still I get NO response. I understand that they may not be able to get hold of vendors however would it not be GOOD MANNERS to communicate this back to me rather than I having to keep re contacting them TIME and time again. I am in a good position, not needing a mortgage and without anything to sell and I find it unbelievable that they call themselves professionals and keep their jobs, I even have no better service with the manager.

I am in a good position, not needing a mortgage and without anything to sell and I find it unbelievable that they call themselves professionals and keep their jobs, I even have no better service with the manager.
I would resort to putting notes through the vendors doors but most if these properties are empty or tenanted, so it would not get back to the owner! which is really they that should know.
Ask yourself if this was your property you were selling through them would you be happy to find this out. Most of the agents are exactly the same , they are viewing agents, that's all, and not even good at that.
I WILL NOW START TO BUY AT AUCTION. SIMPLE AND STRAIGHT FORWARD
