Brilliant from start to finish for a rental property dealt with Michael at start due to our landlady having to sell the house for valuations ect then Josh Pemberton for the rental of our new home professional from start to finish ensured we were helped along the way for all our needs in getting... I can not believe how rubbish these are. I have been planning simple move with them for the last 2 months! As they use a 3rd party for all the credit checks etc (which i still dont understand why it costs £240!!) It is a nightmare. It is now a week until i move and I had to call them! Theu... I can not believe how rubbish these are. I have been planning simple move with them for the last 2 months! As they use a 3rd party for all the credit checks etc (which i still dont understand why it costs £240!!) It is a nightmare. It is now a week until i move and I had to call them! Theu told me they were missing bits they required, so why havent they called me?!? I have basically done all the chasing with both companies regarding my salary ref and still have been told 'computer says no'. I have sent bank statements proving my income but have been told i may have to cahnge my move date... i have packed and someone else is moving in so this is not possible. I am upset and fuming
