incredibly helpful. we are new to the country and Your Move have been nothing but helpful to us. we learned so much and are so pleased with the service that we received. Would never use this agent to buy or sell a property. After arranging to view a property for the following day, we were told they would call the vendor and confirm via email. We received nothing until the next day (day of viewing), and were told 1.30 pm. We arrived at the property at 1-10pm as we knew it was on street parking, and may find it difficult to find a parking space. At 1.25pm we were waiting outside of the property but no agent arrived after 10 minutes. Called the office and we’re told they were doing ‘Back to Back viewings’ and she was on her way but running late. We went back to the car to wait as it was raining hard and cold. Called again after another 5 minutes. She then turned up so went to meet her. She seemed totally stressed, held up 4 fingers and said “ Mr & Mrs Davis I’m sorry but you have 4 minutes to view the property”. To say we were shocked was an understatement!! How can they expect someone to buy a property for £260,000 based on a 4 minute viewing? Her attitude was appalling. We told her not to bother, and walked away in disgust. Tried to call the manager but she wasn’t available, so left a message with a member of staff but heard no more. Shambolic service.

Worst mistake I ever made renting through them. When we first moved into the property it was filthy. We had no fridge or oven for 3 weeks. What agent could do to change your mind?
I am disgusted by the conduct of your staff earlier today. I want an apology. We need the bathroom to work. Please fix what is causing the leak.

Worst mistake I ever made renting through them. When we first moved into the property it was filthy. We had no fridge or oven for 3 weeks. There was a leak under our sink which caused a lot of water damage to the flat below us. Now a leak from the pipes under the bath has gone through the floorboards and has soaked the floor below; I think it has damaged the electrics. Currently we do not have a working bath or shower. They were extremely poor at keeping us informed. Today Your Move called me and the agent was very rude to me and my partner; she was so aggressive she reduced me to tears. She informed me that they had agreed with my partner to inspect the property but he had never been contacted. In fact she does not even have his number. My partner then called her back and advised her that he had not been contacted at all. She got very angry with us insisting we were well informed of this inspection and that the agent was waiting at the property for a long time for us. I told her that given that the contractor hired by Your Move to maintain the property had failed to show up numerous times, when we had taken the day off work to be able to let him in that we should not be spoken to like that when their staff are that unreliable especially when we were never told about this inspection.

We are with Your Move for about 8 months, had just a few viewings literally, but plenty of them cancelled, or I should say: never didn't take place. Agent seems not to be bothered to inform you about above. And this is the biggest issue. You spend your time, put some effort to make your place look great for the viewing and your agent is not bothered to inform you that for any reason viewing won't happen. Ok, people cancel viewings, normal thing. But agent is going to take a few grand for his "work" so in our opinion is his job to monitor the situation regarding viewings for you and let you know if people just are not going to be there simply. The other thing about the agent is that we have had a one feedback from them after all this time. All the other viewings we did not get any form of feedback about them .Joke.
